Women at the Well supports women whose lives are affected by, or at risk of being affected by prostitution. Established in 2007, the organisation has supported communities in Camden, Islington and Haringey for the last ten years. Services are provided to people who have multiple and complex needs including drug and alcohol abuse, mental health difficulties, experience of homelessness and trafficking.

Outputs: Over the year we will provide access to - 130 acupuncture sessions - 170 massage sessions - 260 reflexology sessions - 100 sessions of a new well being treatment, which will be decided in consultation with the women. - provision of at least one group well being activity such as yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi (to be decided in consultation with the women). - Mindfulness skills training to a minimum of 15 women over the year Outcomes Through the provision and expansion of the range of therapeutic activities within our centre: 60 women will report improved mental health and well being 60 women will report improved physical health 50 women will report an improved sense of confidence and self esteem with an ability to think about the future 75 women will address issues which keep them on the streets and make them vulnerable We will in addition, be able to track and report on progress in relation to building skills and confidence and in terms of social networks, as we show later in the application, we believe that work to support women's well-being is vital in enabling them to move forward and begin to build skills and confidence. We hope that the group activities will also facilitate the women's ability to build social networks and relationships.
