When retail and catering outlets reopen the applicant will be introducing a volunteer programme using their Forteas Vintage Community Cafe and the two Helping Hands Charity Shops to provide opportunities to individuals in the community. This will be beyond the Cafe’s current use as a Dementia friendly café. Volunteers will work on a flexible basis and be supported with a training programme that will include the following qualifications at entry level and level 1 & 2: Employability skills, Retail skills and Food safety & hygiene catering.

Objectives
