This is a continuation and expansion of a previous BIG funded project delivered by Northumberland County Blind Association (NCBA) which aims to provide social inclusion and equality for visually impaired people. The project will improve independence, choice and control, self esteem, self worth and confidence. The project volunteers will run 15 new social groups for beneficiaries at various venues throughout Northumberland.
