This project will work with young people aged 11 ' 25 in Manchester to design a range of services that support their mental health and resilience. A new programme of activities will include counselling, mentoring, group workshops and training. Many of the sessions will be run by the young people themselves so they can support one another peer to peer. Manchester Mind will also work with specialist local groups to support young people who are LGBT+, refugees and asylum seekers or those with disabilities.
