The CoStar Partnership in Torfaen will bring people together to make new friendships and connections through social creative and volunteering opportunities. The £10000 grant will fund IT equipment volunteer expenses workshops and training staff coffee mornings and marketing. Bydd Partneriaeth CoStar yn Nhorfaen yn dod â phobl ynghyd i greu cyfeillgarwch a chysylltiadau newydd trwy gyfleoedd cymdeithasol creadigol a gwirfoddoli. The CoStar Partnership in Cwmbran will protect their local environment by helping residents to dispose of unwanted household items responsibly through a ‘Community Rubbish Skip’ support organised litter picking and provide access to recycling schemes. £9500 will be used to pay for a metal storage shed a year of monthly skip hire local publicity and a laptop for admin purposes.

CoStar Partnership in Torfaen will use the grant to improve their local area and upskill their community by running upcycling sessions, supporting people to dispose of large items and creating a working group of local volunteers to tackle environmental issues. The group will also run a series of open days where the whole community can learn new skills and find out more about how to reduce their environmental impact. This grant for £10,000 will fund office supplies, skip hire, tables, chairs, training, tuition, two laptops and software, metal workshop, tools, and equipment.
