Boundless will use the Boundless Box (fully funded) as a moveable venue to engage young people and create opportunities to engage with the arts. The box is a pop-up structure that can host a range of activities and can be placed in a variety of locations over the course of a year. 6 currently unemployed young people will be engaged through the Boundless Box, paid as project managers and given training and development from the Boundless team. The Project Managers will programme a wide range of events and workshops, talks, and other activities co-created within the group. A larger group of at least 150 attendees and participants annually will benefit from the programmed activity in the Boundless Box. The Project Managers will be paid the London Living Wage in part-time roles.
