A two-year project bringing together adults and young people from the Pendower estate in Newcastle to socialise, strengthen their social links and plan activities together. The project emerged from existing participants proposing activities such as cookery, crafts, gardening activities and local history. Activities will also include accredited and non-accredited training, such as first aid or food hygiene, to help participants build confidence and skills and to eventually run events for the wider community.
