Women's Enterprising Breakthrough will continue and expand activities that increase social integration, provide counselling and bring training opportunities to women with mental health problems, and their families, in Birkenhead in Liverpool. The project supports women to regain confidence and self esteem following depression or anxiety, domestic abuse, financial or housing issues, drug and alcohol misuse or other problems that leave women feeling isolated, discriminated against and with low self-esteem.
