This development funding will enable Learning Through Landscapes (LtL) to look at adapting its work helping children connect with nature, to support older people with dementia. The group is working with AgeUK to transform the outside space at its dementia unit in Herne Bay. Building on this, LtL will create a set of baseline design principles for 30 different settings and locations, which can be transferred to any future setting. LtL will work with partners to develop an application for a full project.
