TO SERVE AS AN OUTLET FOR THE PROVISION OF GUIDANCE AND ASSISTANCE AND BY ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES TO THE YOUTH WITHIN THE LOCALITY OF THE SCHOOL AS A MEANS OF:(I) ADVANCING AND DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES, AND CAPABILITIES TO MAKE THEM INDEPENDENT, MATURE, AND RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.(II) PROMOTING THEIR EDUCATION.
