SPORTING CHANCE MIDDLESBROUGH

Sporting Chance Middlesbrough is an organisation which works for the health and well-being of people over 50 in Middlesbrough . At present we have almost 100 male members. Aerobic sessions are run by qualified instructors on 3 occasions per week . One of these is at the local swimming baths for aqua aerobics . There is a weekly walk on a Tuesday for approximately 1 hour.
