This is part of the organisation's initiative Gang Today, Gone Tomorrow. Educational assemblies around gang awareness will be delivered followed by a 5 week programme of basketball coaching. Coaching mentors will be available at the basketball sessions with an option for 1:1 mentoring if required. Finally a 4 hour workshop takes place for up to 60 people who will be shown alternative positive diversionary options including building own YouTube channels and content.
National Lottery Community Fund - MH - HOOPS FOR TEENAGERS
£9,800	11/08/2023	The organisation will deliver mentoring and basketball camps for local young people aged 12-18 year olds. The project aims to inspire educate and push people away from involvement in gangs.
National Lottery Community Fund - Gang Today Gone Tomorrow
£9,965	07/05/2021	The funding will be used to deliver a mentoring programme for youths at risk of gang culture. The project aims to improve life chances reduce antisocial behaviour and improve aspirations.
