TENTERDEN MINDFULNESS GROUP

Tenterden Mindfulness Group aims to improve physical, social, mental and emotional health and well-being of people in the south east of England, through education in the practice of mindfulness across the age spectrum and in a range of settings.The Group also supports practice and research into mindfulness having regard to the evidence on what is effective.
