Dementia Together Wirral facilitates, organises and operates events for those living with dementia, their carers and former carers social events to relieve their social isolation by way of activities and services including regular memory cafes, singing/music, walking, and theatre together with mini-coach and canal boat outings with one-off items of entertainment such as dances, etc.
