We work to improve the quality of life for all people in Powys. We focus our work for people aged 50 plus but help anyone aged 18 plus to grow old to improve their situation. We aim to provide excellent quality services tailored to the needs of older people and the vulnerable. We do this through excellent information and advice, support services minimising loneliness and isolation.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • A significant proportion of recent income was derived from major grant makers including the Government and there are significant future grants due to be received
  • The Board appears to be well diversified in terms of age and gender and dynamic in terms of composition
  • This charity is based in an area of high deprivation

Financial issues to consider:

  • Income has been volatile and on several occasions in recent years less than spending
  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
