    THE PROVISION OF A CEMETERY BY WAY OF AN EXTENSION TO THE EXISTING BURIAL GROUND TO BE USED PRIMARILY FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH OF KESGRAVE IN SUFFOLK AND IN PARTICULAR FOR EXISTING AND FORMER MEMBERS OF ALL SAINTS CHURCH THERE IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:A. PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF KESGRAVE IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE TIME OF THEIR DEATH, OR WHO WOULD HAVE QUALIFIED UNDER THIS CONDITION BUT FOR ADMITTANCE INTO RESIDENTIAL OR NURSING CARE PRIOR TO THEIR DEATH; ANDB. PERSONS WHO IN THE REASONABLE OPINION OF THE INCUMBENT OF THE PARISH OF KESGRAVE, AFTER CONSULTING THE TRUSTEES, FROM TIME TO TIME HAVE REGULARLY ATTENDED ALL SAINTS CHURCH KESGRAVE IN THE YEARS PRECEDING THEIR DEATH, WITH DISCRETION FOR THE TRUSTEES TO APPROVE INDIVIDUAL CASES IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES; AND FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE CEMETERY AND ANY EXTENSIONS OR ADDITIONS MADE TO IT INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR VISITORS OF ANY NATURE AND THE REGULATION OF THE CEMETERY TO ENSURE THE DIGNITY AND INTEGRITY OF THE CEMETERY AS AN APPROPRIATE PLACE OF BURIAL PROVIDED THAT NOTHING IN THIS DEED SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
