It will support core costs in order to continue to deliver services and to ensure the organisatioin's legacy through the crisis and beyond. The funding will cover core funding for three staff posts; A F/T Companion Key Worker and two P/T Community Assistants. By enabling the continued employment of specialised staff the grant funding will support Emmaus Salford in building the financial resilience required following the pandemic at the same time they will be able to commence projects and implement plans that were suspended due to lockdowns and local restrictions.
