TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS, PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF AFRICAN REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WHO ARE FRENCH SPEAKING BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE IN SUCH MATTERS AS HEALTH, EDUCATION, TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT, TRANSLATIONS SERVICES, WELFARE RIGHTS AND SUCH OTHER SERVICES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DEEM NECESSARY.THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES.
