2. Objects2.1. The objects for which the Association is established, principally (but not exclusively) within the area of the London Borough of Croydon and surrounding areas, are:2.1.1. To promote the preservation of good mental health in particular by enabling and empowering any person experiencing mental health problems to live with, manage and recover from their condition.2.1.2. To relieve the needs of people with mental health problems and those who support them by working to increase the understanding of mental health and mental health issues through gathering and disseminating information and working to raise awareness, promote understanding and challenge stigma and discrimination. The association will undertake this with any person with mental health problems and the general public .
