This project will provide support to Asian people living in Leeds to enable them to access eye care services to avoid preventable sight loss by education, training and health promotion materials. The project will help people access diabetic retinopathy screening services in the community including eye clinics to identify potential patients at risk of losing their sight. The project also aims to increase the take up of the eye care services.
