THE MURRAY PARISH TRUST

The Murray Parish Trust raises funds to deliver projects which support the mental health of seriously ill children and their families across the UK. By improving access to specialist, imaginative and empowering support at the earliest possible moment, these children can go on to lead happy and fulfilling lives.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • This charity has been successful in attracting volunteers relative to its size
  • The charity has received backing from a grant maker
  • The Board appears to be well diversified in terms of gender and dynamic in terms of composition

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • Although this charity works with volunteers it does not have a Volunteer Management policy
  • This charity does not have a Conflict of Interests policy

Financial issues to consider:

  • Spending has fallen significantly over the last 5 years relative to the previous period but has stabilised more recently
  • Income has been volatile recently and was substantially in excess of spending in the latest year
  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
