This continuing project in Plymouth provides support to families and carers of children with special needs, enabling them to improve their mental wellbeing, better organise their finances and reduce their social isolation. The project will provide a range of services including social activities for carers, young carers, siblings and families to include outdoor pursuits and days out such as sailing. Support is offered via coffee mornings, evening drop-ins, workshops and weekend activities.
