The funding will be used to continue and expand community work within seven estates in East Northampton supporting families isolated and marginalised community members through a plethora of co-designed activities events and services based from four well placed community hubs. GTN currently work in 5 highly deprived estates in East Northampton. They run 2 hubs (community centres) bases from which they engage with residents and provide free activities and support. This proposal would see the groups work extend to support a 2 further estates Thorplands and Southfields.
