An initial assessment will be undertaken of each beneficiary's needs in order to create an individual wellbeing plan. Beneficiaries will then access support including one-to-one coaching and group activities. The activities will include exercise classes, swimming, personal workouts, relaxation techniques and healthy eating sessions.
