RESONANCE SOCIAL IMPACT INVESTMENT FUNDS We have created and manage eleven social impact investment funds, which focus on tackling major societal issues, with particular expertise in homelessness, poverty, community-led projects, health & wellbeing and education. Our funds aim to deliver a financial return and a targeted social impact to investors. Our largest funds are the Resonance Homelessness Property Funds, which have reached £260m of funds under management, and are housing over 2,683 people on their way out of homelessness.

Grant criteria

We are one of the UK's leading social impact investment companies. Since 2002 we have worked with over 96 social enterprises and charities, enabling them to raise capital to grow their impact, and make a greater difference to the communities they serve. We currently manage £300m of investors' capital across eleven operational funds, with a team of fifty across five locations – Launceston, Bristol, Manchester, London and Birmingham.

NEW PROPERTY FUND LAUNCHES Following the success of our existing homelessness property funds, we have created four additional property funds focusing on three areas of impact: HOMELESSNESS National Homelessness Property 2 fund was launched to meet the increasing demand of those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and initially focused on purchasing affordable homes in the Greater Manchester region. We are now expanding - or looking our portfolio into other cities and regions in England, including Merseyside, Bristol and Cornwall. COVID-19 And in response to the impact of COVID-19 on London’s rough sleepers, the Resonance Everyone In fund is acquiring properties in the capital to house people currently sleeping rough or in temporary hotel accommodation, with a settled home. LEARNING DISABILITY With an acute housing shortage leaving thousands of adults with learning disabilities or autism living in inappropriate housing and remaining on housing waiting lists for years, the Resonance Supported Homes Fund provides supported homes for individuals based on their particular needs, in their local communities. VULNERABLE WOMEN The Women in Safe Homes fund provides a solution to the lack of affordable and safe homes for women who are experiencing domestic abuse, have been involved with the criminal justice system or have other complex needs.
