    4 The purposes of the charity are: (a) To advance arts and culture through the development of a wide range of opportunities to enable maximum participation in and exposure to the arts in Stirling. (b) The advancement of education and training in the arts and creativity with the object of increasing participation and development in the arts and in particular through the development of an educational programme that uses participation in arts and creative projects to teach multiple skills, whilst aiding in the economic social and environmental regeneration of Stirling.
