    The objects of the Project are to promote the benefit of young people in the community of Rosneath Peninsula by associating with local and statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to provide or promote the provision of facilities and activities, in the interest of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure-time occupation, to advance education and to encourage and foster personal development, thereby improving the conditions of life of the afore-mentioned young people and developing their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.
