    The Objects of the Group shall be:- To promote the benefit of young people in the South Kintyre area by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and promote facilities, in the interests of social welfare, for the recreation and other leisure time occupation so that the conditions of life of the aforementioned young people may be improved and their physical, mental and spiritual capacities developed.
