    Objectives

    The company's objects are (1) To promote community participation in sport through the management and operation of a sports club and sporting facilities, within Irvine ('the Operating Area'). (2) To provide recreational facilities within the Operating Area, and organise recreational activities, where such facilities/activities are available to members of the public at large with the object of improving their conditions of life. (3) To advance education within the Operating Area through supporting the delivery of physical education in schools and the provision of coaching programmes in respect of a variety of sports. (4) To advance and protect the physical health of people living within the Operating Area, and to assist in the relief of ill health and the provision of health education for such people.
