The idea has emerged from the young people the organisation currently works with and they will develop content that matters to them including video interviews with the local Housing Association about how young people can get their first home; video documentaries about the history of the area and specific Jubilee-themed content.

This project led by Fuse Youth Café aims to change behaviours in order to reduce demand for unnecessary products reduce waste and therefore create more sustainable consumption patterns across the community of Shettleston. Working in partnership with Glasgow Kelvin College the area’s primary and secondary schools and Shettleston Housing Association they will recruit 100 Shettleston residents to complete purchase consumption and waste diaries. This project will explore ways of engaging communities in climate action. Activities will challenge waste and consumption through supporting positive behaviour change at as early a stage as possible.
