The group will continue to respond to the HIV outbreak in Glasgow by providing a street support and hub based service for people who inject drugs on the street and therefore have an increased risk of Hepatitis C HIV or are living with HIV. Project workers and a peer support worker will provide outreach support. The workers will provide one-to-one and peer led group support ensuring people who inject drugs receive information and help to manage their chronic health needs receive essential health care and access other relevant support services.
