    The Organisation has been formed to benefit the communities of: Balornock and Barmulloch (inclusive of GCC* electoral wards 17: Springburn and 21: North East, as far as Hogganfield Loch) (the “Community”), with the following purposes (the “Purposes”): *Glasgow City Council 4.1 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons of Balornock and Barmulloch, for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. 4.2 The advancement of education. providing free creative learning and volunteering opportunities for local community groups, including young people where there is an identified need or gap in local provision 4.3 Relief of need. providing creative and holistic activities for protected characteristic groups such as adults with additional support needs, older people and young people with complex support needs which promote the importance social inclusion and of mental health and wellbeing 4.4 The advancement of the arts. promoting the importance of participation in the arts in areas of Multiple Deprivation by providing free, high quality, inclusive arts activities for people living in an area of identified need
