    To promote the benefit and relieve the conditions of life and isolation of older people, disabled people, and people who are suffering from dementia and related illnesses, and in pursuance thereof the forum shall seek the provision of a suitably trained and competent pool of volunteers providing day care, lunch clubs and other activities designed to improve the conditions of life of the aforementioned people.
