It will particularly target those over the age of 18 years who are experiencing mental and physical health issues and who are vulnerable to isolation and loneliness through a number of linked social economic or health related factors. An Adult Support Team that includes volunteers will be responsible for developing and delivering the support to individuals and groups within the communities in the Wishaw Murdostoun and Fortissat.
