    To relieve and treat suffering among wild creatures who are in need of care and establish, equip and maintain a Wildlife Hospital for the reception, care and treatment of wild creatures in need of attention and further to provide for the provision, repair, renewal and upgrading of all property and equipment required for such objects. To advance education for the public benefit concerning the care, treatment, etc of sick, injured wildlife and in particular the advancement of education of persons seeking training in wildlife animal husbandry, nursing and veterinary science, medicine or surgery. To form, establish and support and to aid in the formation, establishment and support of any other charitable Companies, Institutions, Associations.
