Objectives

The company's objects are. (1) To advance education of children of families, and in particular, lone parent families, in the North West Kilmarnock area and its environs ('the Operating Area'). (2) To relieve parents resident in the Operating Area who are in need by reason of age, disability, financial hardship or some other disadvantage by providing them with childcare to assist them to access work, training or further education. (3) To provide recreational facilities and/or to organise recreational activities for children resident in the Operating Area who have need of such facilities or activities by reason of their age or other disadvantage with a view to improving their conditions of life.
