YMCA Scotland in partnership with local YMCAs will work in 8 locations across Scotland: Aberdeen, Isle of Lewis, Glasgow, Renfrew, Orkney, Bellshill, Perth & Dumfries supporting up to 160 young people per year to develop the soft skills, resilience and emotional intelligence to move into the long term employment market where they can engage, belong and thrive. The grant will fund a part-time national coordinator role, sessional youth workers and projects costs.
