This group will use the funding to continue to deliver a range of well-being activities for adults with epilepsy. Activities include mindfulness counselling and peer and one-to-one support. While this project supports people across Scotland this funding will specifically contribute to supporting participants from Greater Glasgow. Over the 3 years the project will support 150 participants and 30 volunteers from Greater Glasgow.

This group will visit six hard to reach destinations all within the top 15% of multiple deprivation. They will distribute information helping to raise awareness of epilepsy. The outreach sessions will be followed up by a Dundee based support meeting where individuals will have a chance to make links with local epilepsy organisations. This grant will fund venue hire, travel costs, accommodation costs, advertising, 600 epilepsy guides with information packs, a laptop, a projector, speakers and display stands.
