THE COURTHOUSE KESH LIMITED 

The charity�s objects (�Objects�) are to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the village of kesh and its environs (the �area of benefit�), without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, race, ethnicity, or political, religious or other opinion, in all or any of the following ways:- (1) Promote community development in the area of benefit by: (i) providing facilities, amenities and support to community, voluntary and sports groups and organisation; (ii) organizing and providing facilities and amenities for recreation and other leisure time occupations for those individuals who have need of such facilities and amenities by reason of their youth, age or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large; (iii) organizing and providing facilities for community events and for initiatives that tackle social isolation (iv) advancing active citizenship and volunteering in the community; (v) fostering a sense of community by facilitating organisations, interest groups and individuals to participate in discovering and preserving local knowledge, encouraging and celebrating a sense of place, civic pride and an appreciation of all aspects of local heritage; (vi) relieving those in need by reason of ill-health, homelessness, financial or other disadvantage; (vii) developing the former courthouse site in Kesh for use as a community facility and resource. (2) Advancing education and training for the public benefit by providing or assisting in the provision of classes, courses and programmes for all ages and abilities. (3) Relieve those in need by reason of ill-health, homelessness, financial or other disadvantage by facilitating access to support, information and advice.
