This programme in the North Down and Ards council area highlights that children of parents who have been in care are vulnerable to chaotic home lives and their parents often lack basic parenting skills and knowledge. This programme supports children aged 0-5 years of age, in parallel to other support provided to the parents. As a result children will live healthier lives, be safe and nurtured, and have a better start.
