    KAIROS ENTERPRISES 

    The Charity�s objects (�Objects�) are to:- (1) Provide an environment where volunteers and service users can explore the Christian faith through the provision of:- (a) Christian literature designed to provide support and encouragement during difficult times. (b) Opportunity to avail of / participate in prayer support for self and others. (c) Opportunity to show love for others in very practical ways. (2) Promote the health and wellbeing of the inhabitants of the South Down area (the "area of benefit") without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political or religious opinion, through: (i) the delivery of education and training in horticulture; (ii) the provision of fresh food and vegetables to individuals in need; and (iii) enhancing the wellbeing of people who are socially excluded by increasing social interaction, building confidence, countering discrimination and providing skills. (3) Advance citizenship and community development through the promotion of voluntary activity, thus adopting good practice in relation to the management of volunteers can enjoy social interaction, build friendships and receive physical, emotional and spiritual support and develop their capacity and skills. (4) Relieve financial hardship and improve the environment by the recycling, restoration and redistribution of furniture and other household items. (5) Promote such other charitable purposes as are recognised in Northern Ireland law as being wholly charitable as may, from time to time, be determined.
