The group will provide vital one to one mentoring support to children and young people who are at risk of offending or reoffending; enabling long-term, sustainable change in attitude, behaviour, aspiration and motivation. Children will be referred from statutory and other agencies. On referral they will receive intervention and support from a trained Project Worker who will build a relationship with them and agree achievable goals to help them identify behaviour and things they would like to change.
