They will provide a multi-functional service in Llanelli to enhance families’ quality of life and limit the effects of emotional poverty thus supporting more resilient communities. It will improve wellbeing and emotional fitness creating a sense of achievement. Activities and services will be delivered around promoting positive wellbeing and empowering individuals to reach their potential proactively encouraging learners to build up a strong belief system.
