THIS ASSISTANCE SHALL INCLUDE THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION AND WHERE NECESSARY THE SAFEGUARDING OF THE SPIRITUAL AND MORAL WELFARE OF THOSE WHOM THE ASSOCIATION DECIDES TO HELP.
