This project supports unemployed adults in Cambridgeshire with mental health problems through a gardening initiative. Beneficaries receive a full induction covering health and safety, the use of protective equipment and the code of conduct they are expected to sign up to. While carrying out horticultural work beneficiaries will continue to see one of the organisation's employment advisers and receive support in gaining employment.
