THE 10,000 INTERNS FOUNDATION

The 10,000 Interns Foundation exists primarily to challenge the under-representation of Black talent in the workplace through its internship programme, its Black talent network and its training and development opportunities. The Foundation also provides support for socio- economically disadvantaged and disabled students and graduates both within and beyond the internship programme.

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • The Board has little diversity in terms of age

Financial issues to consider:

  • Liquidity appeared to be in excess of CC guidelines at the latest year end but this has been generated by an income surplus in the latest year and spending has been increasing rapidly
