Sessions will last two hours and take place at Sun Lane Leisure Centre where a variety of sports will be offered including football, rugby, squash, swimming, tennis, handball, cricket, dodgeball, basketball, athletics, and flag football. Delivery will be flexible and will be co-designed by attendees based on their preferences.
