THE FIG TREE PROJECT (STONEHOUSE)

We run a programme of activities for the community from our premises in Stonehouse. The main focus of this work is families and children, but we aim to work with all sections of the local community in partnership with other groups when appropriate.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • This charity has been very successful in attracting volunteers relative to its size
  • The charity has received backing from several prominent grant makers recently
  • The Board appears to be well diversified in terms of gender

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • Although this charity works with volunteers it does not have a Volunteer Management policy

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Accounts have been filed late on 2 occasions over the last 4 years and the current period appears to have been extended
Established: 5 years
