TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR CHILDREN MAINLY WITHIN THE UTTLESFORD DISTRICT, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, THAT THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH CHILDREN MAY BE IMPROVED.
