TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS AND TRAUMA EXPERIENCED BY VICTIMS/SURVIVORS WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY THEIR DOMESTIC ABUSE SITUATIONS BY SUCH MEANS AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: I) THE PROVISION OF SAFE TEMPORARY REFUGE ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHERE THEY CAN FIND SAFETY AND PROTECTION AND CAN ACCESS PRACTICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT WITH HOUSING, WELFARE AND LEGAL ISSUES.
